Returns / Exchanges
ad infinitum purchases returned within 14 days of their original shipment date, that are in the same condition as they were sent are eligible for a full refund or for an exchange. After 14 days, items can be returned for store credit.

- Returned item(s) must be returned in their original condition.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please provide us with the tracking number for your return so we can monitor its progress.
- All sealed/mint vinyl must be returned unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We maintain the right to deny returns if there's evidence that a returned item's condition has been diminished while in the customer's care.
