ad infinitum strives to curate a collection that our customers love, keep for years, and stand the test of time, but sometimes that is not the case. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return items from your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To start a return inquiry please email us at: adinfinitum@vnyls.com with your order # and the item you're looking to return.

ad infinitum purchases returned within 14 days of their original shipment date, that are in the same condition as they were sent are eligible for a full refund or for an exchange. After 14 days, items can be returned for store credit.


  • Returned item(s) must be returned in their original condition.
  • Return shipping methods and associated costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please provide us with the tracking number for your return so we can monitor its progress.
  • All sealed/mint vinyl must be returned unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If you would like to make an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, please contact us at adinfinitum@vnyls.com

We maintain the right to deny returns if there's evidence that a returned item's condition has been diminished while in the customer's care.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at adinfinitum@vnyls.com.

Purchases outside of the 14 day return, but returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
