PAYMENT

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) as well as Paypal. All payment information is transferred from your computer to our servers using a secure, encrypted protocol (https). As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for international and/or large orders. Afterpay is currently only available on domestic orders.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

ad infinitum purchases returned within 10 days of their original shipment date, that are in the same condition as they were sent are eligible for a full refund or for an exchange. After 10 days, items can be returned for store credit.

• Returned item(s) must be returned in their original condition.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please provide us with the tracking number for your return so we can monitor its progress.
• All sealed/mint vinyl must be returned unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.

We maintain the right to deny returns if there's evidence that a returned item's condition has been diminished while in the customer's care.

ORDER CANCELATIONS AND EDITS

Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited. You may request to cancel your order but please note that order cancellations are not guaranteed and depend if they have entered the packing or shipment phases. Customers can cancel an order by contacting customer service: adinfinitum@vnyls.com

If your cancelation is successful, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-3 business days. If you do not see a payment reversal on your statement within 2 days, please contact customer service. *During high-volume order days, order cancelations may not be possible.

Address updates can be requested but are not guaranteed. We strongly suggest double-checking information before submitting your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

All ad infinitum orders are hand-picked, packed, and shipped promptly with the service of your choice.

• All orders ship between 1-3 days. Most are packed and shipped the same day the order is placed with the fastest shipping method.
• Orders placed after 1 pm BST/GMT will be processed and shipped the next business day.
• During sale events and release days, there may be a slightly longer processing time.

Our prices are set based on insights from other reseller platforms and third-party marketplaces. We strive to find a fair price for us as sellers as well as you as customers.
