All ad infinitum orders are hand-picked, packed, and shipped promptly with the service of your choice.

All orders ship between 1-3 days. Most are packed and shipped the same day the order is placed. Orders placed after 1 pm BST/GMT will be processed and shipped the next business day. During sale events and release days, there may be a slightly longer processing time.

ad infinitum strives to curate a collection that our customers love, keep for years, and stand the test of time, but sometimes that is not the case. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return items from your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Returns / Exchanges
ad infinitum purchases returned within 14 days of their original shipment date, that are in the same condition as they were sent are eligible for a full refund or for an exchange. After 14 days, items can be returned for store credit.

• Returned item(s) must be returned in their original condition.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please provide us with the tracking number for your return so we can monitor its progress.
• All sealed/mint vinyl must be returned unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
